SMOOTHIELICIOUS #12: Persimmon Smoothie/ Kakijev Smuti

On the menu today is this awesome persimmon smoothie.
Sweet, creamy and full of nutrients.

Je sladek, kremast in poln hranil. 


Did you now that the Latin name for persimmon means: "food of the gods"?
Persimmons are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and manganese. They are an excellent source of fiber, low in calories and fat and contain phytonutrints, flavonoids and antioxidants.
To top it all off persimmons are just deliciously sweet.


Ali ste vedeli, da latinsko ime za kaki pomeni: "hrana bogov"?
Kakiji so bogati z vitaminom A, vitaminom C in manganom. So odličen vir vlaknin, imajo malo kalorij in maơčob in vsebujejo fitonutriente, flavonoide in antioksidante. 
Za piko na i pa so izredno okusni in sladki.


Ingredients:
  • 1 persimmon
  • 3 tangerines
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of oat milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • you can also add sam turmeric 


Preparation: Peel the persimmon and tangerines, combine in a blender with the other ingredients and blend, blend, blend. A high intensive blender is best, if you don't have one leave the smoothie to blend longer.

Sestavine:
  • 1 kaki
  • 3 mandarine
  • 1 zmrznjena banana
  • 250 ml ovsenega mleka
  • 1/2 čajna ĆŸlička cimeta
  • 1 čajna ĆŸlička vanilijeve esence
  • lahko dodate ĆĄe malo kurkume

Priprava: Olupite kaki in mandarine in jih dajte v blender z ostalimi sestavinami. Nato zelo dobro zmeljite v gost napitek. Najbolje je, če imate močan blender/meĆĄalnik.
