This amazing super food is high in "good" fat, contains a lot of fiber and is full of vitamins and minerals.
I LOVE avocados and eating them on toast is my favorite way.
Today I'm sharing with you 3 simple and delicious avocado toast recipes - a meat, vegetarian and vegan option.

Sama OBOŽUJEM avokado in najraje ga jem na toastu.
Danes vam bom pokazala 3 preproste in okusne recepte za toast z avokadom - mesna, vegetarijanska in veganska opcija.
1. CAYENNE CHICKEN/ KAJENSKI PIŠČANEC
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 1/2 avocado
- cayenne pepper and salt (to taste)
- 4 slices of chicken breast salami
- Combine the avocado, salt and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mash with a fork or spoon.
- Toast your bread.
- Spread the avocado mixture on the bread and top with chicken breast salami.
Sestavine:
- 2 kosa polnozrnatega kruha
- 1/2 avokada
- kajenski poper in sol (po okusu)
- 4 rezine piščančjih prsi
Priprava:
- V posodici dobro pretlačite avokado, sol in kajenski poper.
- Popecite kruh.
- Avokadovo zmes namažite na kruh in dodajte piščančja prsa.

2. POACHED EGGS/ POŠIRANO JAJCE
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 1/2 avocado
- black pepper and salt (to taste)
- 2 eggs
Preparation:
- Combine the avocado and salt in a bowl and mash with a fork or spoon.
- Toast your bread.
- Poach the eggs.
- Spread the avocado mixture on the bread, add the eggs and top with pepper.
ENJOY!

- 1/2 avokada
- poper in sol (po okusu)
- 2 jajci
Priprava:
- V posodici dobro pretlačite avokado in sol.
- Popecite kruh.
- Poširajte jajci.
- Avokadovo zmes namažite na kruh, dodajte poširana jajca in poper.

3. BALSAMIC TOMATOES/ PARADIŽNIK IN BALZAMIČNI KIS
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 1/2 avocado
- balsamic vinegar, black pepper and salt (to taste)
- tomato
Preparation:
- Combine the avocado and salt in a bowl and mash with a fork or spoon.
- Toast your bread.
- Spread the avocado mixture on the bread, add sliced tomato and top with pepper and balsamic vinegar.
- 2 kosa polnozrnatega kruha
- 1/2 avokada
- balzamični kis, poper in sol (po okusu)
- paradižnik
Priprava:
- V posodici dobro pretlačite avokado in sol.
- Popecite kruh.
- Avokadovo zmes namažite na kruh, dodajte narezan paradižnik, poper in balzamični kis.
