Keeping with the nectarine theme this week (previews post: Nectarine lemonade) today's smoothie is an awesome creamy and sweet option for a breakfast on the go.

Ta teden se držim tematike nektarin (prejšnja objava: Limonada z nektarinami). Zato bom danes z vami delila ta super kremast in sladen zelen smuti, ki je odlična izbira za zajtrk to go.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1 ripe frozen banana
- 2 nectarines
- 1 cup of coconut milk (you can also add more if you don't like your smoothies thick)
- 1 tsp of flex seeds
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
Preparation:
Blend in a blender or food processor until smooth and ENJOY!
Sestavine:
- 2 pesti špinače
- 1 zrela zmrznjena banana
- 2 nektarine
- 250 ml kokosovega mleka (lahko dodate tudi več, če vam niso všeč gosti smutiji)
- 1 čajna žlička lanenih semen
- 1 čajna žlička chia semen
Priprava:
Vse sestavine dobro zmešajte v blenderju ali multipraktiku in UŽIVAJTE!
