I'm sooo exited to share with you not just a new recipe, but also my first youtube video. I have a lot of room for improvement but it's a start.
Today's recipe is a simple and delicious vegan sour cream.

Tako zelooo sem navdušena, da danes z vami delim, ne samo nov recept, ampak tudi moj prvi youtube video. Imam še veliko prostora za izboljšave, vendar je pa začetek.
Danes imam za vas preprosto in okusno vegansko kislo smetano.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of cashews
- 3/4 cup of oat milk
- 3-4 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2-3 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- black or white pepper (to taste)
Preparation:
- Soak the cashews in water for at least 1 hour, it's even better to leave them overnight.
- Drain and rinse the cashews.
- Add all of the ingredients in to a blender or food procesor and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate before serving.
- keeps up to a week in the fridge.

Sestavine:
- 200g indijskih oreščkov
- 200ml ovsenega mleka
- 3-4 jedilne žlice limoninega soka
- 2-3 jedilne žlice jabolčnega kisa
- 1/2 čajne žličke soli
- 1/2 čajne žličke česna v prahu
- črni ali beli poper (po okusu)
Priprava:
- Namakajte indijske oreščke v vodi za vsaj eno uro, še bolje pa je, če jih pustite čez noč.
- Odcedite in sperite oreščke.
- Vse sestavine dajte v blender ali multipraktik in dobro premešajte, da nastane gladka in kremasta smetana.
- Pred serviranjem jo ohladite.
- Hranite v hladilniku. Zdrži kakšen teden.
