Hello!
So Nutella can actually be healthy and delicious at the same time … And NO,
this is not a joke!
Here's how you make it...
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of roasted hazelnuts
- 3/8 cup of dark unsweetened cacao
- 1/4 cup of oat milk (or any other milk of your
choice)
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp of honey (you can also use whatever
sweetener you prefer)
Preparation:
- Roast the hazelnuts (180°C for 10 - 15 minutes)
- Wait for the hazelnut to cool down and remove the
skin by rubbing them between your hands.
- Put them in to a food processor and blend until
you get a smooth and creamy texture. This will take quite a while, so be patient.
- Add the other ingredient and blend until
combined. You are left with a yummy healthy Nutella.
- Eat it with a spoon without feeling guilty!!
Nutella je dejansko lahko zdrava in
okusna … NE, to ni hec!
Sestavine:
- 300g praženih lešnikov
- 40g nesladkanega kakava
- 50ml ovsenega mleka (lahko uporabite katerokoli drugo mleko)
- 2 čajne žličke vaniljeve esence
- 3 jedilne žlice medu (lahko uporabite katerokoli drugo sladilo)
Priprava:
- Popražite lešnike (180°C za 10 – 15 min)
- Počakajte, da se lešniki ohladijo in odstranite njihovo lupino. To storite tako, da jih drgnete med rokami.
- Lešnike dajte v multipraktik in mešajte, da nastane gladek in kremni namaz. Ta postopek lahko traja kar nekaj časa, zato bodite potrpežljivi.
- Dodajte vse ostale sestavine in dobro premešajte.
- Vaša zdrava Nutella je pripravljena! Lahko jo jeste kar po žlici in brez slabe vesti!
