It's cocktail time! Healthy cocktail time!
Piña colada is traditionally made with coconut milk, coconut cream, rum and pineapple juice, it's full of sugar and quite high in fat.
Today I have a green smoothie version of this delicious summer favourite.

Piña colada je tradicionalno narejena s kokosovim mlekom, kokosovo smetano, rumom in ananasovim sokom. Vsebuje veliko sladkorja in ima veliko vsebnost maščob.
Danes pa imam za vas zeleno različico te priljubljene poletne pijače.

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup oh pineapple
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1 1/2 cups of coconut water
Blend all of the ingredients and ENJOY!
