SMOOTHIELICIOUS #6: Mixed Berries Green Smoothie/ Zeleni Smuti Z Gozdnimi Sadeži

It's a new week and time for another healthy recipe. Have I told you I love green smoothies?
Today I have a simple sweet and sour one for you!


Nov teden in čas je za nov zdravi recept. Sem vam že povedala, da obožujem zelene smutije?
Danes imam za vas sladko kislega! 


Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of mixed berries (I used raspberries, blueberries and blackberries; you can also use fresh berries) 
  • 1-2 cups of spinach 
  • 1 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed blood orange juice 
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds 

Preparation: Place all of the ingredients in to a blender and blend.

ENJOY! 


Sestavine:
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pest zmrznjenih gozdnih sadežev (lahko uporabite sveže)
  • 1-2 pesti špinače
  • 300 ml sveže stisnjenega pomarančnega soka (jaz sem uporabila rdeče pomaranče)
  • 1 žlička chia semen

Priprava: Vse sestavine zmešate v blenderju in zlijete v kozarec.
