Smoothie bowls are a fun and delicious way to eat smoothies. In texture they are something in between a smoothie and ice cream.
The combinations of flavors are endless and you can use whatever topping you desire - fruit, seeds, nuts, super foods etc.
Today I have a simple smoothie bowl recipe for you guys.
Ingredients:
Smoothie:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1-2 cups of frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of almond milk
Toppings:
- Hemp seeds
- Chia seeds
- Flex seeds
- Goji berries
- Coconut chips
Preparation: Blend the ingredients in a blender and transfer in to a bowl. Add your favourite toppings.

Naredite lahko
kakršno koli kombinacijo okusov, ki jo želite in posujete z najljubšim sadjem,

Sestavine:
Smuti:
- 1 zmrznjena bana
- 1-2 pesti zmrznjenih jagod
- 200ml mandljevega mleka
Nadevi:
- Konopljina semena
- Chia semena
- Lanena semena
- Goji jagode
- Kokosov čips
Priprava: Sestavine zmešate v blenderju in zlijete v skledo. Posujete z najljubšimi nadevi.
