En zelen smuti na dan, odžene zdravnika stran!
Dan danes živimo zelo hiter življenjski tempo, ki lahko ovira pot do zdravega življenja. 
Rešitev za uspešno zdravo življenje je PRIPRAVA OBROKOV V NAPREJ! 


I got a bunch of home grown frozen berries from my friend. Her grandmother grows them herself and is stuck with buckets upon buckets of them each year. So of course I volunteered to take some.

Prijateljičina babica ima vrt polen jagodičevja, ker jim ga ne uspe pojesti poleti ga zamrznejo.  Količine so tako velike, da sploh ne vedo kaj bi z vsem tem sadjem. Zato sem se rade volje ponudila, da jim ga nekaj vzamem.



You will need:
  • spinach
  • banana
  • raspberries 
  • blackberries 
  • currants 
  • freezer bags 


Potrebujete:
  • špinača
  • banane
  • maline
  • robide
  • ribez 
  • vrečke za zamrzovanje 



Wash and dry the spinach.
Peel and slice the bananas.
Split your ingredients in to portions and put them in to your freezer bags, seal and place in the freezer.  


Operite in odcedite špinačo.
Olupite in narežite banano.
Razdelite sestavine na porcije in jih dajte v vrečke za zamrzovanje, tesno zavežite in dajte v zamrzovalnik.


Now that you have your individual smoothie bags frozen, all you need is a blender and liquid of your choice (I usually use water). 
Simple, super healthy and quick. 

For an extra kick you can add some of your favourite supplements and other flavours. I love adding chia seeds, flex seeds and dates for some extra sweetness. A great option is adding protein powder which makes this a perfect post workout snack. 


Smuti vrečke so pripravljene in zamrznjene. Vse kar potrebujete za pripravo odličnega zajtrka za na pot je blender in želena tekočina (jaz ponavadi uporabim vodo). 
Preprosto, zdravo in hitro.  

Za dodatno popestritev vašega smutija lahko dodate svoje najljubše prehranske dodatke in okuse. Moja najljubša kombinacija so chia semena, lanena semena in dateljni. Če pa želite spremeniti smuti v odličen prigrizek za po treningu mu dodajte proteine.
