I like to keep it simple, healthy and tasty with my smoothies.
So today we have a yummy apple green smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 Apple
- 1 Blood orange
- 1 Banana
- 1-2 cups of Spinach
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cup of Water
Blend, blend, blend and ENJOY!
Ko pripravljam svoje smutije se držim treh načel: naj bo preprost, zdrav in okusen.
Danes sem za vas pripravila odličen zelen smuti z jabokom.
Sestavine:
- 1 Jabolko
- 1 Rdeča pomaranča
- 1 Banana
- 1-2 pesti Špinače
- 1 žlica Chia semen
- 300 ml Vode
Vse skupaj dobro premešamo v blenderju in UŽIVAMO!
