Objavila sem tudi že zelo podoben recept - SLADOLED ZA ZAJTRK.
Ingredients (2 portions):
- 2 medium ripe frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- *1 tbsp agave syrup (optional, freeze very ripe bananas and it will be sweet enough)
- Coconut flakes (to garnish)
Preparation:
- Peel and chop the ripe bananas and freeze (at least for 2 hours)
- Add all of the ingredients (except the coconut flakes) to a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth (like ice cream).
- Serve immediately and garnish with some coconut flakes.

Sestavine (2 porcije):
- 2 srenje zmrznjene zrele banane
- 1 jedilna žlica nesladkanega kakava
- 100-125 ml kokosovega mleka
- *1 jedilna žlica agavinega sirupa (ni potrebno, če uporabite zelo zrele banane bo dovolj sladko)
- Kokosovi kosmiči (za posip)
Priprava:
- Olupite in narežite zrele banane, nato jih zamrznite (za vsaj 2 ure).
- V multipraktik ali blender dajte vse sestavine (razen kokosovih kosmičev).
- Mešajte dokler zmes ne postane gladka (kot sladoled).
- Servirajte takoj in posujte s kokosovimi kosmiči.
