Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup oat milk (or any other milk of your choice)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cinnamon (to taste)
- 1 medium apple
Preparation:
- Add the oats, water and milk to a sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to medium low.
- Simmer uncovered for 4-7 minutes and stir every once in a while.
- When thickened add the vanilla extract and cinnamon.
- Remove from heat, serve in a bowl with a apple and extra cinnamon.

Sestavine:
- 50 g ovsenih kosmičev
- 100-125 ml ovsenega mleka (ali katerokoli drugo mleko)
- 100-125 ml vode
- 1 čajna žlička vanilijeve esence
- Cimet (po okusu)
- 1 srednje jabolko
Priprava:
- Dajte ovsene kosmiče, vodo in mleko v manjši lonec.
- Kuhajte dokler ne zavre, nato znižajte ogenj na srednje nizko.
- Kuhajte še naknadnih 4-7 minut in vsake toliko premešajte.
- Ko se kaša zgosti dodajte vanilijevo esenco in cimet.
- Odstranite iz štedilnika in servirajte z jabolkom in dodatnim cimetom.
