Hello!
In the whole new year, new me spirit it's time for me to
bring some fitness related content to this blog.
Whenever I would start exercising it always came to the same
problem, my lower back and ankles would start hurting and I would take a break
and in the end just not train anymore. A big part was the pain but the even
bigger part was my lack of motivation and comparing myself to people that have
been on their fitness journey for a long time.
Basically I was impatient. I reevaluated myself and stopped
stressing about getting the perfect body but reader focusing on the basics …
fixing my problems with my lower back, ankles and posture in general and trying
to make regular exercising my habit.
The person that has truly helped me with this is Anže
Spreizer.
Ena iz med mojih novoletnih zaobljub je pisati malo več o
gibanju, fitnesu in športu.
Kadarkoli sem začela redno telovaditi sem prišla do iste
točke, bolečine v križu in gležnjih. Vzela sem si pavzo in na koncu povsem
nehala trenirati. Velik razlog za to je bila bolečina, še večji pa da nisem
imela motivacije in sem se primerjala z ljudmi, ki so se redno gibali veliko
dlje kot jaz.
Bila sem nestrpna, zato sem se odločila pritisniti pavzo in
se osredotočila na tisto, kar resnično potrebujem. Začela sem z osnovami:
popraviti svoje probleme z gležnji in križem ter začeti redno telovaditi.
Oseba, ki mi je resnično pomagala pri moji poti do boljšega
zdravja, je Anže Spreizer.
ABOUT ANŽE:
As a
child I spent lot of time in the hospital due to physical disability in my hip
joint. Through the process of treatment and rehabilitation I realized how using
the right exercises and motivation can improve or even heal injuries. In high
school I learned all the aspects of team sports in rugby (team / individual training,
physical preparation, endurance / strength / explosiveness). Then I started
university at the Faculty od sports and graduated. During my studies I worked
as an instructor at my university and earned a licence as a fitnes trainer at
FZS (Fitness Association of Slovenia). In 2013 I expanded my knowledge in New
Zealand where I worked as a personal trainer. After arriving back home I
continued my mission to further my fitness knowledge. Upgrading my skills is
one of the most important things, so each year I attend seminars and workshops
in Slovenia and abroad. In 2017 I received a Master's in physical activity and
movement. Helping and working with people is a big part of my life and I am
happy to share my advice about the importance of exercise and healthy food for
a stress free life and overall quality of life
O ANŽETU:
Kot otrok sem veliko časa preživel po bolnicah zaradi
gibalne oviranosti v kolčnem sklepu. Skozi proces zdravljenja in rehabilitacije
sem spoznal, kako lahko z ustreznim gibanjem in motivacijo izboljšamo oziroma
pozdravimo vse poškodbe telesa. Kasneje v srednji šoli sem spoznal vse vidike
ekipnega športa rugby ( ekipni/individualni treningi, kondicijska priprava,
vzdržljivost/moč/eksplozivnost). Nato sem se vpisal na Fakulteto za šport, kjer
sem tudi diplomiral. Ob študiju sem delal kot vaditelj vodenih vadb na
fakulteti, pridobil pa sem tudi licenco fitness trener na FZS (Fitnes Zveza
Slovenije). V letu 2013 pa sem šel svoje znanje razširiti v Novo Zelandijo,
kjer sem delal kot osebni trener. Po prihodu iz tujine sem nadaljeval svoje
poslanstvo ter se dodatno izobraževal na področju fitnesa. Vsako leto se
udeležim seminarjev in delavnic pri nas in v tujini, saj menim, da je potrebno
konstantno nadgrajevati svoja znanja. V letu 2017 pa sem tudi magistriral na
področju telesne dejavnosti in gibanja. Pomoč in delo z ljudmi je velik del
mojega življenja in sem vesel, da lahko z mojimi nasveti pokažem, da sta
gibanje in zdrava prehrana močno povezana za življenje brez stresa in
navsezadnje za celostno kvalitetno življenje.
